Una settimana di relax, visitato mercato midoun ma da restare senza fiato i murales di djerba hood, molto bello anche museo della ceramica di Guellala , abbiamo soggiornato al beach Sun club , una struttura anche bella sé si vuol dire , le camere sono pulite come pulito resta in gran parte l’hotel essendo di 4 stelle , ci sono 2 piscine tra cui una solo per adulti e devo dire VERO RELAX mentre l’altra è frequentata da bambini e genitori , provato anche l’emozione della SPA con massaggi , bagno turco , relax con the alla menta , fanghi e scrub e pagato veramente poco per due persone , nel contesto siamo stati veramente bene , una settimana bella anche in vista del tempo , circa 35 gradi di caldo tutto i giorni , ma soprattutto felici per aver goduto di questo meraviglioso paesaggio

Hotel datato, non ristrutturato. Aria condizionata nei luoghi comuni inesistenti. Camere vecchie e sporche, difficoltà nell’ avere la camera prenotata. Hanno raffazzonato con una camera familiare non all’altezza della richiesta. Ristorazione da mensa, per qualità e servizio. Stesso menú per tutta la settimana. All inclusive non idoneo. Personale non accogliente e molto maleducato. Musica della animazione altissima fino alle 2 di notte, impossibile dormire. Spiaggia bella ma tenuta male. Un grande potenziale in decadimento, guardano solo al RISPARMIO. Sicuramente non lo consiglio.

15ma volta a Djerba, allpggiato in 12 villaggi, mai nessuno all'altezza del Sun Beach. Cominciando dall'accoglianza della reception, professionale, cordiale e con gradita simpatia, pronti a risolvere qualunque eventuale richiesta, una nota di merito per la Signorina delle pubbliche relazioni Nour, che accoglie i clienti dell'hotel con un sorriso che solo a Djerba puoi incontrare. Il ristorante propone piatti di cucina internaziinale di ottima qualita' e tutto il personale.dell'hotel, dalla sicurezza alle cameriere dei piani, passando per camerieri di bar e sala, baristi, cuochi e personale delle pulizie degli spazi comuni, tutti estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Bellissima la poscina, pulizia e cura dell'intera struttura da hotel a 5 stelle lusso, ed infine lo staff di animazione che durante tutto il giorno si prende cura dei clienti con gioia e simpatia rendendo la vacanza ancora piu' speciale. Questa struttura e le persone che lavorano per renderla cosi speciale meritano le 10 stelle. Grazie di cuore a tutti.

Buona struttura, spiaggia e mare meravigliosi cosi' pure la piscina. La parte deludente' e' stato il servizio ristorante. Camerieri disorganizzati ma dipende da chi gestisce lo staff , erogatori bevande insufficienti per il numero degli ospiti . Per quanto riguarda il cibo bisogna adattarsi piatti ripetitivi molto speziati e il piu delle volte scadente.

All inclusive di livello. Fondamentale la zona piscina dedicata a chi "vuole stare tranquillo". Personale molto gentile (vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza e la preparazione di Nur, nonché la perfetta padronanza della lingua italiana). Torneremo volentieri

All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Nour, ragazza molto gentile e professionale. Parla molto bene l’italiano. Ci siamo affidati a lei per qualsiasi necessità. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale gigante e viene pulita ogni giorno. Dalla porta a vetri si accede direttamente sulla piscina. Il ristorante è molto spazioso con camerieri simpaticissimi e rapidissimi. Da bere ci è stato sempre servito al tavolo. Il cibo self service ha una vasta scelta sia a pranzo che a cena: pasta con almeno 4 condimenti ma purtroppo sempre scotta, pollo al forno, carne di manzo o pesce cotti al momento sulla piastra, vasta gamma di verdure sia cotte che crude, dolci di tutti i tipi e molta frutta. Il gruppo di animazione (oltre 10 persone) é molto coinvolgente in qualsiasi parte del villaggio ti trovi. Sono simpaticissimi ed un particolare ringraziamento va a Nadia e “le chat”. Anche la zona mare è molto curata come anche il verde all’interno del villaggio. I giardinieri sono sempre a lavoro. Infine un particolare ringraziamento va al direttore della struttura con il quale abbiamo parlato diverse volte durante le pause culinarie. È stata una settimana fantastica.

Animazione nel rezort eccellente...tutti i ragazzi molto bravi...buona accoglienza nell'hotel..lo consigliamo a tutti.....il mare e la spiaggia e le piscine buoni, la musica molto bella, il ristorante ottimo

Oh dear ... after reading the reviews I was looking forward to this holiday . Room was OK. Floor in room Wasn't washed all week . The public areas are tired and worn . A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss . Pool was lovely and clean . Food was adequate . Caters for French tunisians and other nationalities . Meat was always chewy. Chicken was OK. Breakfast was poor . Oranges looked like they had been there a few months . Drinks were OK. Nothing special . Fell unwell after day 3. Went to reception in the night asking for water .. guy on reception rude told me bar was closed I said I needed a water to take tablets he shooed me to a warm water butt .. waiters were only interested in bringing a drink or dressing the table if you had tipped them . I tip at the end for good service as I had none I kept my money in my pocket. No snacks in the day no water for the room you have to buy it . No lifts so not suitable for wheelchair users . Kids would struggle with the menu . Entertainment staff were great they really do make an effort to include everyone . Would I go back ?? No .

So far it is the best hotel I have ever been to the staff are very friendly and speak to you everyday and do activities with you like Zumb, pool, ping pong and much more. There are lots of beautiful sights like the beach, the pool is very big. The animation team were the best they were very friendly they always danced with you and always made you happy even if you wasn’t in the mood they would always put a smile on your face.
